A GASTRONOMIC MARKET
The Claustro del Carmen one of the most popular markets in Menorca and is home to many shops with a varied gastronomic offer for all tastes.
In the old monastic cells on the ground floor of the Cloustro there are stalls selling typical Menorcan sausages and cheeses, meats, fruit and vegetables, nuts and olives. It also offers a restaurant and ice-cream parlour to enjoy the typical delicacies of the island on the market terraces.

In addition to the gastronomic options, you cannot leave the market without visiting its many shops. Here you can find several fashion and accessories stores where you can buy top-quality typical garments of the island.
The typical Menorcan sandals, handmade dresses, wicker bags, hats and many more options to always carry a piece of Menorca with you.
The market also has a flower shop, a haberdashery shop and a shop with books, stories, agricultural products and other products typical of the island of Menorca.
The market is open every day from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 21:00, Saturdays from 7:00 to 18:00 and Sundays from 7:00 to 15:00.
